Fashion's Night Out

My lazy, sunny, watermelon eating holiday seems but a distant memory this morning in shell shocked East London...
Anyway, trying to distract myself, here's a sneak preview of the fabulous t shirt Rob has designed for this September's Vogue Fashion's Night Out.
The proceeds of the t shirts will be going to Kids Company , a charity founded by the incredible Camila Batmanghelidjh . When they are available please snap them up, apart from getting yourself a very stylish item of clothing you'll be helping support an organisation that does it's very best to break the cycle of neglect and abuse that can lead to situations like we had last night.

It was SO wet at the weekend, SO windy and SO damn cold!! It's July for goodness sake! Big ominous looking clouds descended on Columbia Road... but it was still sunny inside Ryantown.

OMG! WE'RE 3! WTF!

There can be no doubt that Ryantown bunting is absolutely second to none!

Trying to find a quiet moment to eat something during the weekends in Ryantown is pretty tricky, especially this weekend, it was SO busy. I am quite often asked by customers to recommend somewhere local that's good to eat, and Franze & Evans is far and away my absolute favourite place. I would eat there every day if I could, but at the moment have to content myself with lovely shop- friendly weekend salads and delicious home made cakes, of which there are very many!! After much deliberation on Saturday, I chose these pretty lemon flower cakes which Kei and I thought tasted as lovely as they looked.

DOG OF THIS WEEKEND

We had a lovely weekend in the shop, lots of sunshine, loads of visitors and another beautiful furry friend.

Here's Clementine who was extremely patient whilst I fiddled around with the camera. She was of course absolutely lovely but perhaps a little under-dressed today...?! Have a look here for some far superior photographs.
